This probe is for monitoring ambient air temperatures in food service applications with a broad range of temperatures, including air ducts, ovens and freezers. A stainless-steel perforated sheath protects the sensor from touching surfaces that would otherwise give incorrect readings. It has a response time 1200mS and 5m/second air stream for fast readings.
