For a refund of the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return, Oztherm accepts returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. If the item is returned with 15 - 30 days, an additional restocking fee will apply. Oztherm does not accept returns and refunds after 30 days.
There are no returns or refunds available on a custom made products.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at esales@temtec.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Oztherm addresses these on a case-by-case basis but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
All products at Oztherm have one year warranty.
